Invest to impact on the planet by redeveloping and constructing profitable landmark and unique green integrated resorts; net carbonization industrial parks, wellness communities and upgrading existing public infrastructure to lower emissions, pollutions and rehabilitation of forestry.
Social
To invest in community activities, events, education, training, local NGO charity sponsorship to impact local families and public stakeholders including staff, customers and the community. We plan to start our ESG mandated community investments in Singapore, Malaysia, China and USA.
Governance
Greenview's ESG governance is based on the United Nations Sustainable Development 17 criteria for the auditable ESG scores and the benchmarking for all community investments. Greenview works towards being one of the active global ESG community members and investors commencing with its project in an identified Island using Sustainable Community Redevelopment and Investment with local support federal and state government in a country in South Asia.

He also held key roles at Shanghai Mapletree Management Co., Ltd., Glory Fund Management Group, and GE Commercial Finance, focusing on real estate and NPL investments across various regions.
